GreenVibe Jewelry – Free Earrings Giveaway Rules

 

 

1. Eligibility

    

   • Open to legal residents of the United States (lower 48 states only) who are 18 years of age or older.

   • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

   • Void where prohibited by law.

    

2. How to Enter

    

   • Enter by completing the official raffle entry form available through GreenVibe Jewelry’s website or newsletter sign-up.

    

3. Entry Period

    

   • Entries will be accepted until one hundred subscribers enter raffle.

   • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

    

4. Prize

    

   • One (1) winner will receive a pair of GreenVibe Jewelry earrings valued at $125.

   • Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted.

    

5. Winner Selection & Notification

    

   • Winner will be selected at random within one week of the raffle closing date.

   • Winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the entry form.

   • If the winner does not respond within [48 hours/3 days], another winner may be selected.

    

6. Rights Granted

    

   • By entering, participants agree to allow GreenVibe Jewelry to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in print, online, and social media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    

7. General Conditions

    

   • GreenVibe Jewelry reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical issues, or other causes compromise the fairness or integrity of the contest.

   • By entering, participants release GreenVibe Jewelry from any liability related to participation or acceptance of the prize.
