At GreenVibe Jewelry, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

 

 

1. Returns

 

 

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging and any free gifts returned with it.

  • Items that are damaged from accidents and not taking proper care are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • To start a return, please contact us at greenvibejewelry@gmail.com with your order number.

 

 

 

 

2. Exchanges

 

 

  • If you would like to exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets the same return conditions.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

 

 

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

 

  • Custom or personalized jewelry.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked “final sale” at checkout.

 

 

 

 

4. Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt.

  • GreenVibe Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.

 

 

 

 

5. Refunds

 

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

 

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

If your jewelry arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at greenvibejewelry@gmail.com within 30 days. We will cover the cost of return shipping and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
